The Guitar is Home
Plato: “Music is a moral law. It gives a soul to the Universe, wings to the mind, flight to the imagination, a charm to sadness, gaiety and life to everything. It is the essence of order, and leads to all that is good and just and beautiful.”
Edgar Dyne, is a singer songwriter based in Scotland. From a young age the urge to create catchy melodies and write meaningful thought provoking lyrics has been ever present.
Song writing is a labour of love. Once a catchy melody has magically showed up it must be developed into a song and shared.
Like art, music appreciation is subjective. People have different tastes and for a songwriter, like a painter, its important to get the creative process completed and shared to allow thise who feel it to share the passion.
